The list is never ending when it comes to the responsibilities of an analyst. These are some of the bigger and more notable ones.
1. Understanding what each client wishes for, down to their wants and not just their needs.
2. Developing a formal business plan, laying everything out for it to be fully understood by everyone involved.
3. Analyze companies' budgets, suggest any adjustments that better suit them. Proceeding by pushing those adjustments into place.
4.Determine projects KPI's (Key Performance Indicators). Track, compare and finally prepare those reports.
