Five steps of functions of a Business Consultant

All of the details of getting a job done, are very simply laid out in 5 steps.


Step one: Learn about said business. Take this time to fully learn everything, through various opportunities i.e., shadowing, interviews, surveys and by reading reports.


Step Two: Identify possible problems and opportunities.


Step Three: Business analysis.


Step Four: Recommend appropriate measures. Analyze company budgets, and suggest adjustments


Step Five: implementing and assessing the options. Help put those assessments into place.
